> Cauliflower is an Insights Operating System for research teams. It structures complex research data from SPSS, Excel, CSV, APIs and verbatims into one transparent research model, and connects analysis, dashboards, text analysis, AI and reporting on top of it — including decision-ready dashboards, charts, AI answers and editable native PowerPoint. It is EU-hosted and GDPR-compliant, built by Cauliflower GmbH & Co. KG in Hamburg, Germany.

- Understands research context — study structure (item batteries, questionnaire routing, waves), analysis logic (weights, base sizes, subsamples, segments) and research objects (brands, open answers, hierarchies) — not just raw tables and numbers.
- Builds one shared research model from raw data (SPSS, Excel, CSV, APIs, verbatims) so dashboards, AI answers, text analysis and reports all use the same source of truth.
- AI text analysis: automated coding, sentiment and summaries of open-ended survey answers and reviews.

## Pricing

- Plans are priced per account, not per seat: Duo €79, Team €239 and Business €599 per month with annual billing (flexible monthly billing €99 / €299 / €749); Agency from €1,990 and Company Enterprise from €3,990 per month on annual contracts. All prices exclude VAT.
- Duo, Team and Business include up to 2, 5 or 10 editors; Agency and Company Enterprise include unlimited editors. Viewers are free and unlimited in every plan.
- Each plan includes an annual data-point pool, a monthly token-based Insights Agent budget (stated as "up to" requests) and captions within a daily limit. Open-End Credits are only needed for AI analysis of open-ended answers.
- Annual billing is around 20% cheaper than flexible monthly billing. SSO is supported in principle (optional in Agency, included in Company Enterprise); private tenant and on-premise are quoted separately.
- There is no self-service free trial: access is arranged after a demo.
