What are AI credits?
AI credits are your AI usage units. Each time our AI actively works for you — analyzing text, generating summaries, identifying drivers — credits are used. Everything else (projects, dashboards, data, exports) is unlimited.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can purchase additional credits anytime. Purchased credits never expire. Alternatively, upgrade to the next tier for more monthly credits and additional features.
What is a viewer?
Viewers are people who can view your dashboards and reports without running their own analyses. Viewers are always free and unlimited — share insights across your entire organization at no extra cost.
Can I try Cauliflower for free?

What is the Cauliflower Fund?

Is Cauliflower GDPR compliant?

How does annual billing work?
Annual billing gives you a 20% discount. You pay once per year upfront. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Switching between tiers is possible at any time.
What is the team credit pool?
In Business and Enterprise tiers, AI credits from all seats are combined into a shared pool. This allows flexible usage across the team — a power user can consume more while an occasional user needs fewer credits.
