What are AI credits?

AI credits are your AI usage units for text analysis (coding, sentiment, summaries). 1 credit equals approximately 1 verbatim. The base price is €0.06 per credit, or €0.048 with annual commitment (-20%). Everything else (projects, dashboards, data, exports) is unlimited.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You can purchase additional credit packages anytime — from 1,000 (Micro) to 1,000,000 credits (Enterprise). Purchased credits never expire. Alternatively, upgrade to the next tier.

What is a viewer?

Viewers can view your dashboards and reports without running their own analyses. In Professional, Business, and Enterprise, viewers are free and unlimited. With the optional Chat-with-Data add-on (+€19 / viewer / month), viewers can additionally ask their own questions about the data.

Why are Professional and Business "on request"?

Enterprise customers benefit from individual terms — depending on team size, credit volume, annual commitment, and additional services (e.g. white-label, dedicated CSM). We build a tailored offer after a short conversation.

How does annual billing work?
