How data volume, agent and credits work.
Four measures, kept apart: a data pool is not a storage limit, a viewer is not an editor, and an agent request is not an Open-End Credit.
Data points: one annual pool
A data point is one analysed cell, i.e. columns × rows. The pool covers the whole account and renews at the start of each contract year; unused volume does not carry over. With monthly billing, one twelfth of the annual pool is available each month.
Insights Agent: one shared budget
Everyone with access uses the account’s budget. Usage is billed in tokens, so requests are “up to” figures: a short question uses less than an extensive analysis. The budget renews every month; you can buy more if you need it.
Captions: included in the plan
Data-based titles, descriptions and comments cost nothing extra within a daily limit. Once it is reached, generation continues the next day, and existing captions stay available.
Open-End Credits: only for open-ended answers
You only need credits for AI analysis of open-ended answers. Every new workspace starts with 1,000 credits. Purchased credits are shared across the account and never expire.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Is the price per person?
No. Duo, Team and Business are fixed packages for the whole account up to their editor limit: up to 2, 5 or 10 editors. Agency and Company Enterprise include unlimited editors. Viewers are free and unlimited in every plan.
What is the difference between an editor and a viewer?
Editors create and edit analyses, dashboards and exports; editor seats are personal. Viewers see shared results. Team management has the roles viewer, editor and company admin in every plan; from Agency, we also implement a custom roles and permissions model with you.
What is a data point?
One analysed cell: columns × rows. A dataset with 1,020 respondents and 154 variables comes to 157,080 data points. The annual pool covers the whole account, renews at the start of each contract year and does not carry over.
What applies with monthly billing?
Duo, Team and Business can be paid monthly and cancelled monthly. One twelfth of the annual pool is then available each month, without carry-over. Agency and Company Enterprise are available on annual contracts only.
How does the agent budget work?
Everyone with access shares one account budget that renews monthly. Usage is billed in tokens, not questions: the stated requests are “up to” figures, and the budget can run out earlier, for example with extensive analyses. You can buy additional budget.
What do I need Open-End Credits for?
Only for AI analysis of open-ended answers, as a rule of thumb one credit per analysed answer. Every new workspace starts with 1,000 credits. Purchased credits never expire. Quantitative analysis, dashboards, exports and agent questions about existing results use no credits.
Are captions included?
Yes, in every plan and at no extra cost, limited by a daily allowance. Once it is reached, generation continues the next day. Captions do not count against the agent budget.
Is PowerPoint export included?
Yes, as native, editable PPTX export in every plan. Duo includes one PPTX master; from Team, masters are unlimited.
Can we use our own logos?
From Team, shared dashboards show your own logos. In Duo they carry Cauliflower branding.
Do you offer SSO?
Single sign-on is supported in principle: optional in Agency, included in Company Enterprise. We agree the specifics in the quote.
Is Cauliflower GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Cauliflower is hosted in the EU and processes data in line with the GDPR, with a data processing agreement.
Agency or Company Enterprise: which fits?
Both include unlimited editors, an entry pool from 100M data points and a custom roles model. Agency is for agencies with many occasional editors and several clients. Company Enterprise is for companies with their own governance and operations requirements, with SSO, dedicated support and an agreed SLA.
What does the price include, and what is commissioned separately?
The plan covers the software: analysis, dashboards, exports, EU hosting and support at the plan’s level. Commissioned separately: the optional setup service at €150 per hour excluding VAT, additional data pools, private tenant, on-premise and custom development.
