Questions, answered.

What is a data point?

A data point is one analyzed cell — columns × rows. For example, 500 × 270 = 135,000. Your plan's monthly cap covers what you analyze; annual plans get a yearly pool (monthly cap × 12).

What counts as an AI credit?

Credits are spent on AI text analysis (coding, sentiment, summaries), review scraping and Surveybot requests. Dashboards, filtering, weighting, significance tests and exports are always unlimited.

Do credits expire?

No. Each paid seat includes a one-time AI credit package — not a monthly reset. Top-up credits never expire and are shared across your workspace and plans.

Can I buy top-ups?

Yes. Top-ups start at 1,000 credits, can be bought anytime, are added on top of your seat credits and used across plans.

Is PowerPoint export included?

Native, editable PPTX export is included from Starter OS up — Cauliflower brand, your own master on Professional, or multiple masters on Business and Enterprise. Text Analytics exports Excel and CSV.

Can we use our own PPTX master?

Yes. Professional includes one corporate master template; Business and Enterprise support multiple master templates.

Is Chat-with-the-Data included?

It's an optional add-on from Professional up, at +€19 per seat / month.

Is Cauliflower GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Cauliflower is hosted 100% in the EU with GDPR-compliant processing and a DPA. Enterprise can bring its own DPA.

Do you offer SSO?

SSO via SAML, Okta or Azure AD is available on Enterprise, alongside private tenant, on-prem and audit logs.

Can agencies use Cauliflower for multiple clients?

Yes. Business adds multiple master templates, white-label options, custom integrations and a dedicated CSM for multi-brand agency work.
