A data point is one analyzed cell — columns × rows. For example, 500 × 270 = 135,000. Your plan's monthly cap covers what you analyze; annual plans get a yearly pool (monthly cap × 12).

Credits are spent on AI text analysis (coding, sentiment, summaries), authorized review imports and Surveybot requests. Dashboards, filtering, weighting, significance tests and exports are always unlimited.

One named person who can create and edit analyses. Seats are personal rather than concurrent, so two colleagues working on alternate days still need two seats. Viewers who only open a shared dashboard are not seats — viewer licences are included from Professional.

There is no fixed upper limit on any plan. Billing is simply per paid seat, so a team of thirty pays for thirty. Earlier versions of this page said “unlimited seats”, which was misleading: the scale is unlimited, the billing is not.

Data points reset monthly. On annual billing they become a yearly pool you can draw on unevenly — useful when fieldwork clusters in a few weeks. AI credits are one-time per seat, do not expire and carry across plans. Top-ups are one-time purchases added on top.

The seat price covers the software: analysis, dashboards, exports, EU hosting and support at the plan's service level. Standard onboarding is included. Anything shaped around your own processes — template build-out, data-pipeline work, training beyond onboarding, on-prem installation — is scoped and quoted separately.

Alongside SPSS, Excel and CSV import, connectors are available for review and feedback platforms. Which specific sources you may use depends on each platform's terms and on your own agreements with it, so we confirm the permitted set with you during onboarding rather than promising blanket access.

When at least one of these is a requirement rather than a preference: SSO, a private tenant or on-premise deployment, your own DPA, audit logs, or a contractual SLA. Multiple countries or teams alone do not require it — Business already covers multi-brand work.
