Open-ended responses are often too general to reliably interpret motivations, expectations or points of criticism. Static open-ended questions cannot respond to what has been said. The lack of depth therefore often only becomes apparent once fieldwork has ended — when follow-up questions are no longer possible.

Follows up where responses lack detail
The Surveybot evaluates open-ended responses within the context of the respective question. When a statement remains too general, contradictory or incomplete, it asks an appropriate follow-up question rather than treating every response according to the same pattern.
Individually configurable probing
You define which insights a question should provide and what the Surveybot should pay attention to. Positive and negative examples provide additional guidance on when a response is sufficiently specific and when a follow-up question should be asked.
API integration with any survey software
The Surveybot can be integrated into existing surveys via API. It adds dynamic probing to the existing survey flow without replacing the survey software being used.
